FAQs
Our food
-
Our meals are freshly prepared in small batches in our kitchen here in Colorado, using locally-sourced ingredients. Each recipe was developed by Chef Ryan and a pet specialist. We gently cook all ingredients to preserve nutrients while ensuring food safety. All meals are portioned, vacuum-sealed, and then frozen after cooking to lock in freshness and nutrients.
-
Our recipes are crafted with simple, wholesome ingredients that you'd be proud to serve to any member of your family — especially the furry ones! Each meal features high-quality beef, chicken, or pork as the primary protein, complemented by nutrient-rich vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes, broccoli, pumpkin, and fish oil. And don’t worry — there are no fillers or mystery ingredients, just pure, nutritious goodness!
-
Fresh food is a great way to complement your dog’s healthy lifestyle. Just as we strive to provide the very best for our families, our furry friends deserve the same care and attention. Made with wholesome, unprocessed ingredients, fresh meals offer a simple and transparent way to nourish your pup and ensure they’re getting the quality they deserve.
-
Puppy Platters is currently recommended for use as a supplement or intermittent meal. We recommend complementing Puppy Platters with a dry food that complies with WSAVA & AAFCO guidelines to ensure that your dog is getting all of the nutrients they need.
Our fresh, flavorful recipes are a great way to encourage picky eaters or dogs who struggle to finish their meals to enjoy their food. With wholesome, carefully crafted ingredients, Puppy Platters can make mealtime exciting.
-
Our pre-marked bags take all the guesswork (and mess!) out of measuring out your pup’s food. Just locate the approximate weight of your dog on the bag and that’s the amount you’ll feed them for the day.
With our handy resealable bags, it’s easy to measure, squeeze, and wipe away any excess without additional containers, scissors, or cleaning required.
-
Puppy Platters meals stay fresh in the freezer for up to one year and can be safely stored in the refrigerator for 4 days after thawing. For best quality and food safety, we recommend thawing only what you'll use within 4 days and keeping the rest frozen. Each meal pack includes a "best by" date.
-
Each pack of Puppy Platters contains a total of 18 oz of snout-licking goodness. Serving portions are indicated on the front of each bag, which is based on your dog’s size.
For example:
A 10 lb. dog: 1 bag = 4 days (2 servings/day).
A 40 lb. dog: 1 bag = 1 day (2 servings/day).
Feel free to supplement as needed! We understand that fresh dog food is a costly luxury, so feed as you wish.
